Revive Wellness offers a variety of wellness services, including but not limited to:

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked through our website. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule. Please be advised that this is a retainer fee for your appointment and will go towards the cost of the services being booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will forfeit their deposit, no-shows will be charged 100% of their services booked.

Memberships must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to your auto draft date. Services within the membership must be booked within the month of their billing cycle, unused services do not roll over to the next month. Membership fees are not refundable.

Prepaid packages are nontransferable and nonrefundable

Before undergoing any treatment, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new wellness program.

5. Payment

Payments for services are due at the time of appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
